  1. Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions for our self-service advertising platform.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality software.
  3. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the engineering team.
  4. Mentor and coach junior engineers to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  5. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve our platform.
  6. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  7. Work closely with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  8. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely resolutions.
  9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for efficiency and scalability.
  10. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology to drive innovation.
  11. Collaborate with other senior leaders to align engineering efforts with business goals.
  12. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide project updates and gather feedback.
  13. Lead by example and promote a collaborative and inclusive work culture within the engineering team.
  14. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software that meets business requirements.
  15. Drive a culture of continuous learning and growth within the engineering team.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Software Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Software Development, With A Strong Focus On Backend Systems And Distributed Computing.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Lead Senior Staff Software Engineer, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Mentoring A Team Of Engineers, Setting Technical Direction, And Driving Project Execution.

  • Expertise In Programming Languages And Technologies: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, Or Python, As Well As Experience With Modern Technologies Such As Cloud Computing, Microservices, And Containerization.

  • Proven Track Record Of Delivering Complex Projects: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Large, Complex Software Projects, Preferably In The Advertising Or Digital Marketing Industry.
