We’re looking for a Lead Senior Staff Software Engineer to join our team at The Trade Desk. Our ideal candidate should be highly motivated, innovative, and have a passion for solving complex problems. This role requires a strong technical background and extensive experience in software engineering. You should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.You should have a proven track record of leading software engineering teams to success, developing and deploying code, and developing test plans and quality assurance protocols. You should also be experienced in leading and managing customer-facing software engineering projects and have a clear understanding of the software development life-cycle.We’re looking for an energetic and creative individual who is passionate about developing high-quality software products and enjoys working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

Lead software engineering teams to successful development and deployment of code.
Develop and manage customer-facing software engineering projects.
Create test plans and quality assurance protocols.
Utilize software development life-cycle to develop high-quality software products.
Maintain a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other software engineers.
Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in software engineering.
