  1. Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in the development and maintenance of the Service Fabric platform.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement complex and innovative solutions.
  3. Utilize expertise in Service Fabric to drive efficiency and innovation within the organization.
  4. Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and other departments.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Service Fabric and software engineering.
  7. Identify and resolve issues and bugs in a timely and efficient manner.
  8. Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
  9. Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize project requirements.
  10. Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and standards are met.
  11. Monitor and analyze system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  12. Stay organized and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the platform.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on Service Fabric and provide training and support to team members as needed.
  15. Represent the organization at conferences, events, and industry meetings to share knowledge and promote the platform.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience With Microsoft Azure Service Fabric: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Service Fabric Platform And Its Various Components. They Should Have Hands-On Experience In Designing, Developing, And Deploying Applications On Service Fabric.

  • Strong Programming Skills: A Lead Senior Software Engineer Should Have Excellent Coding Skills In Languages Such As C#, .Net, And Java. They Should Also Be Proficient In Working With Distributed Systems And Microservices Architecture.

  • Leadership And Mentorship Experience: This Role Requires The Candidate To Lead A Team Of Software Engineers And Mentor Them In Technical And Professional Skills. The Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Successfully.

  • Experience In Building Scalable And Fault-Tolerant Systems: The Trade Desk Deals With A High Volume Of Data And Requires Its Systems To Be Highly Scalable And Fault-Tolerant. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Designing And Building Such Systems To Meet The Company's Needs.
