  1. Lead a team of software engineers in designing and developing innovative solutions for digital advertising using cutting-edge technologies.
  2. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  4. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and processes to improve system performance and scalability.
  5. Plan and execute software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
  6. Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues, providing efficient and effective resolutions.
  7. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in software engineering, and incorporate them into project designs and strategies.
  8. Ensure compliance with coding standards, security protocols, and software development best practices.
  9. Communicate project progress, challenges, and risks to stakeholders, providing regular updates and proposing solutions.
  10. Collaborate with DevOps engineers to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of software systems.
  11. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
  12. Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, dedication to quality, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience With Microsoft Service Fabric: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Microsoft Service Fabric And Its Capabilities, As Well As Hands-On Experience In Designing, Developing, And Deploying Applications Using This Technology.

  • Strong Programming Skills: The Lead Senior Software Engineer Should Possess Strong Skills In At Least One Programming Language, Such As C#, Java, Or Python, And Be Able To Write Efficient, Scalable, And Maintainable Code.

  • Proven Leadership Abilities: This Role Requires The Candidate To Lead A Team Of Engineers And Work Closely With Other Cross-Functional Teams. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Mentor And Guide Team Members, As Well As Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Cloud Computing: The Trade Desk Is A Cloud-Based Platform, So The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Developing And Deploying Applications On Cloud Infrastructure, Such As Microsoft Azure, Aws, Or Google Cloud.

  • Knowledge Of Software Development Best Practices: The Lead Senior Software Engineer Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Software Development Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Scrum, And Be Familiar With Best Practices For Code Reviews, Unit Testing, And Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (Ci/Cd). They Should Also Have Experience With Tools And Technologies Such As Git, Jenkins, And Docker.
