As the GM of Inventory Development, you will play a critical role in driving growth and maximizing revenue for our company.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans for inventory development, in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of inventory development professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  3. Identify and cultivate relationships with key partners and stakeholders in the digital advertising industry.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform inventory development strategies.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize inventory needs and opportunities.
  6. Negotiate and manage contracts with publishers and other partners to secure favorable inventory terms and rates.
  7. Drive revenue growth through effective management of inventory supply and demand.
  8. Utilize data and analytics to optimize inventory allocation and pricing strategies.
  9. Communicate inventory performance and insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and guidelines related to inventory management and ensure compliance.
  11. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the inventory development team.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our inventory and build relationships with potential partners.
  13. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and launch new inventory products and solutions.
  14. Take ownership of inventory-related issues and work towards timely resolution.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve inventory management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
