- Develop and execute data partnerships and retail strategy for The Trade Desk.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential data partners and retail clients.
- Drive revenue growth through effective management of partnerships and strategic initiatives.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales and marketing, to align strategies and achieve company goals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to evaluate the success of partnerships and make strategic recommendations.
- Represent The Trade Desk at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and promoting our data partnerships and retail capabilities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Communicate effectively with team members, senior management, and external partners to ensure alignment and drive results.
- Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to enhance our data partnerships and retail offerings.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends related to data partnerships and retail strategy.
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a passion for driving success.
- Collaborate with other GMs and senior leadership to develop and implement company-wide strategies and initiatives.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Data Partnerships And Retail Within The Advertising Or Digital Media Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Partnerships With Data Providers And Retail Clients.
Strong Understanding Of Data Privacy Regulations And Compliance, Including Gdpr And Ccpa.
