As the leader of this team, you will play a vital role in driving growth and innovation through strategic partnerships and data-driven insights. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.   1. Develop and execute strategic partnerships and data-driven insights to drive growth and innovation for the company.
  2. Build and manage successful partnerships with key stakeholders in the digital advertising ecosystem, including data providers, publishers, and technology platforms.
  3. Lead a team of professionals to achieve departmental and company goals.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and success.
  5. Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities.
  6. Utilize strong analytical skills to identify and leverage data insights for strategic decision making.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective strategies.
  8. Set and achieve revenue and performance goals for the Audience Data Partnerships & Strategy team.
  9. Monitor and report on key metrics and progress towards goals.
  10. Continuously assess and improve partnership processes and procedures.
  11. Foster a results-driven mindset and accountability within the team.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  13. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  14. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  15. Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and grow within the company.

  • Extensive Experience In Audience Data Partnerships: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Establishing And Managing Partnerships With Data Providers, Agencies, And Other External Partners.

  • Strong Strategic Thinking And Planning Skills: The General Manager Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Digital Advertising Landscape And Be Able To Develop Long-Term Data Partnership Strategies That Align With The Company's Overall Business Goals.

  • Expertise In Data-Driven Decision Making: The Trade Desk Is A Data-Driven Company, And The General Manager Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Data Analysis And Be Able To Use Data To Inform Business Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills: This Role Will Involve Collaborating With Various Internal Teams, As Well As External Partners. Therefore, The General Manager Should Have Exceptional Communication Skills And The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships.

  • Leadership And Management Experience: As A General Manager, This Role Will Require Strong Leadership Skills To Oversee A Team Responsible For Managing Data Partnerships. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In A Managerial Role And Be Able To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team To Achieve Goals.
