  1. Develop and implement strategies to promote emotional intelligence and foster a positive work culture within the organization.
  2. Collaborate with leadership to identify and address areas for improvement in diversity, inclusion, and collaboration.
  3. Conduct regular trainings, workshops, and discussions to educate employees on emotional intelligence and its impact on the workplace.
  4. Serve as a resource for employees to address any concerns related to workplace dynamics and provide support and guidance.
  5. Partner with HR to ensure hiring and promotion processes are inclusive and promote diversity within the company.
  6. Stay informed on industry best practices and trends related to emotional intelligence and diversity and make recommendations for implementation within the organization.
  7. Facilitate team-building activities and events to promote a sense of community and collaboration among employees.
  8. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that support a more inclusive and collaborative workplace.
  9. Continuously assess and measure the effectiveness of programs and initiatives related to emotional intelligence and diversity, and make adjustments as needed.
  10. Serve as a role model for emotional intelligence and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Or Consulting Role Focused On People And Organizational Behavior.

  • Strong Understanding Of Emotional Intelligence And Its Impact On Workplace Dynamics.

  • Experience Implementing And Managing Employee Engagement And Development Programs.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
