  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive client success and achieve revenue growth targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier advertisers.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of client campaigns.
  4. Analyze market trends and provide insights to inform client strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  5. Monitor and report on key metrics to track client success and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of client service professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day responsibilities.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with team members.
  9. Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance the overall client experience.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase our services and build relationships with potential clients.
  11. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  12. Manage and track client budgets and ensure timely and accurate billing.
  13. Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, and effectively communicate their value to clients.
  14. Handle any escalated client issues and work towards finding solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  15. Drive client retention and long-term partnerships through exceptional service and results.

  • Extensive Experience In Client Service And Account Management Within The Advertising Industry, With A Strong Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Successful Relationships With Clients.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Programmatic Advertising And The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Educate Clients On The Value And Benefits Of Programmatic Buying.

  • Proven Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Client Service Professionals, While Also Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Client Success.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Negotiate With Clients At All Levels, Including C-Suite Executives.
