As an intern, you will play a crucial role in helping us maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards, ensuring the security and privacy of our clients' data.   1. Assist in conducting risk assessments and identifying potential security vulnerabilities.
  2. Collaborate with the security team to develop and implement security policies and procedures.
  3. Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to identify and respond to potential threats.
  4. Assist in conducting compliance audits and ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards.
  5. Participate in security incident response and mitigation efforts.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure security compliance in new projects and initiatives.
  7. Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and best practices to continuously improve our security posture.
  8. Document and maintain accurate records of compliance measures and procedures.
  9. Assist in developing and delivering training programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.
  10. Actively contribute to the development and improvement of our cybersecurity compliance program.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  12. Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively seek opportunities to contribute to the team's goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge Of Cybersecurity Principles And Best Practices: A Successful Candidate For A Cybersecurity Compliance Intern At The Trade Desk Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Cybersecurity Principles And Best Practices, Including Risk Management, Threat Assessment, And Incident Response.

  • Familiarity With Compliance Frameworks And Regulations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Knowledge Of Common Compliance Frameworks And Regulations, Such As Nist, Iso, Gdpr, And Hipaa. This Will Enable Them To Assist With Compliance Audits And Ensure That The Trade Desk Is Meeting All Necessary Requirements.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: Working In Cybersecurity Compliance Requires The Ability To Analyze Complex Systems And Identify Potential Vulnerabilities. The Intern Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills And Be Able To Think Critically To Solve Problems.

  • Attention To Detail: Compliance Is All About Meeting Specific Requirements And Ensuring That All Necessary Steps Are Taken To Protect Data And Systems. The Intern Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Follow Processes And Procedures Accurately.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As An Intern, The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With Other Members Of The Cybersecurity Team, As Well As Various Stakeholders Across The Company. Strong Communication Skills Are Essential To Effectively Collaborate And Convey Important Information About Compliance Issues.
