Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate FP&A Senior Analyst to join our finance team at The Trade Desk. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial planning and analysis to support our company's growth and success. As a senior member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business decisions and providing valuable insights to our leadership team.   1. Conduct financial planning and analysis for the company to support growth and success.
  2. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on financial analysis.
  3. Develop financial forecasts and projections to assist with business decision-making.
  4. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify trends and variances, and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data for reporting and planning purposes.
  6. Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform financial decision-making.
  8. Develop and maintain financial models to assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial planning and analysis processes.
  10. Train and mentor junior analysts on financial analysis and reporting best practices.
  11. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  12. Collaborate with external auditors and assist with financial audits.
  13. Handle ad hoc financial analysis and projects as needed.
  14. Communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  15. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In A Corporate Setting

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Financial Data And Provide Strategic Insights

  • Proficiency In Financial Modeling And Forecasting, With Advanced Knowledge Of Excel And Other Financial Software

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Financial Information To Executives And Stakeholders.
