- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, effectively communicating and managing client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and execution of client campaigns.
- Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues or challenges that may arise, escalating to appropriate teams when needed.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
- Assist in onboarding and training new clients on our platform and products.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and serve as their primary point of contact for all inquiries and needs.
- Continuously strive to improve client retention and satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Marketing, Business, Or Communications.
At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In Client Service Or Account Management, Preferably In The Advertising Or Technology Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions.
