As a rapidly growing company in the digital advertising industry, we need a dedicated individual to help us accurately and efficiently apply cash to our client accounts.   1. Accurately apply cash to client accounts: The Cash Application Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all cash received is properly applied to the correct client accounts.
  2. Maintain accuracy and efficiency: The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment to ensure that all cash applications are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Understand and apply accounting principles: The Cash Application Specialist should have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and be able to apply them to the cash application process.
  4. Monitor and reconcile client accounts: This role will require monitoring and reconciling client accounts to ensure that all cash has been properly applied and any discrepancies are resolved.
  5. Communicate with internal teams: The Cash Application Specialist will be working closely with various internal teams such as billing, collections, and sales to resolve any issues and ensure accurate cash application.
  6. Identify and report any issues: The candidate should be able to identify and report any issues or discrepancies in the cash application process to their supervisor for resolution.
  7. Provide excellent customer service: The Cash Application Specialist will be the main point of contact for any cash application related inquiries from clients, and should provide timely and professional responses.
  8. Maintain organized records: It is crucial for the Cash Application Specialist to maintain organized and accurate records of all cash applications for future reference and auditing purposes.
  9. Continuously improve processes: The candidate should be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve and streamline the cash application process for increased accuracy and efficiency.
  10. Collaborate with team members: This role will require collaboration with other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In Cash Application Or Accounts Receivable

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Accounting Software Such As Sap Or Oracle

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Accurately Reconcile Transactions

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment
