  1. Provide legal support and guidance on all inventory and data-related matters.
  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's business model, products, and services.
  3. Advise on legal issues related to advertising technology, including data privacy, advertising regulations, and intellectual property rights.
  4. Conduct legal research and stay updated on industry trends and legal developments related to inventory and data.
  5. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to inventory and data.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to ensure legal compliance in all inventory and data-related initiatives.
  7. Develop and implement best practices, policies, and procedures related to inventory and data.
  8. Manage external legal counsel and work with them to address complex legal issues.
  9. Provide legal training and guidance to internal stakeholders on inventory and data-related matters.
  10. Identify and mitigate potential legal risks and provide strategic solutions to minimize potential liabilities.
  11. Represent the company in legal proceedings related to inventory and data, as needed.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure the company's continued success.
  13. Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and provide legal support on strategic business decisions related to inventory and data.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the legal team and across the organization.
  15. Continuously assess and improve legal processes and procedures related to inventory and data.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Practicing Law, Preferably In A Corporate Setting

  • Strong Understanding Of Inventory And Data-Related Legal Issues, Including Data Privacy And Intellectual Property

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills

  • Ability To Work Well Under Pressure And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously
