  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries and needs.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Understand clients' business objectives and develop strategic plans to help them achieve their advertising goals using The Trade Desk's platform.
  4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and product, to ensure timely and successful campaign execution and delivery.
  6. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to clients, driving revenue growth for the company.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in digital advertising to effectively advise clients and make informed decisions.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account activities in the company's CRM system.
  9. Attend industry events and conferences to network and represent The Trade Desk in a professional manner.
  10. Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall client experience and increase efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Account Management Or Sales In The Digital Advertising Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Programmatic Advertising And Experience Working With Demand-Side Platforms (Dsps).

  • Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Successful Client Relationships.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Pitch Ideas To Clients.
