In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and developing strategic solutions to meet their advertising needs. - Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and objectives, and provide strategic solutions to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as media planning and buying, creative, and analytics to develop and execute effective advertising campaigns.
- Be proactive in identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to clients, and work with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular updates and recommendations to clients.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the latest industry trends and best practices, keeping clients informed and educated.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all client requests, including campaign launch and reporting.
- Act as a problem-solver and troubleshooter, addressing any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and activities in CRM system.
- Represent The Trade Desk at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and networking with potential clients.
- Mentor and support junior members of the Client Service team, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance overall client satisfaction and retention.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
