  1. Develop and lead youth programs that align with the mission and goals of The Ohio State University.
  2. Create and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities for youth participants.
  3. Collaborate with university staff, community organizations, and volunteers to ensure successful program implementation.
  4. Recruit, train, and supervise program volunteers and staff.
  5. Foster a positive and inclusive environment for youth participants, encouraging personal and academic growth.
  6. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making necessary adjustments for improvement.
  7. Maintain accurate records of program participation, budget, and evaluations.
  8. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians and program partners to keep them informed of program updates and progress.
  9. Serve as a positive role model for youth participants, demonstrating professionalism and integrity at all times.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in youth development to continually enhance program offerings.
  11. Uphold and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of all program participants.
  12. Assist in fundraising efforts and grant writing to secure necessary funds for program sustainability.
  13. Handle any conflicts or issues that may arise within the program, addressing them in a timely and effective manner.
  14. Act as a liaison between program participants and university resources, providing support and guidance as needed.
  15. Continuously promote the program and its impact to attract and retain participants.
