  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage prospective students to The Ohio State University.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high schools, community organizations, and other recruitment partners to promote the university and its opportunities.
  • Utilize various recruitment techniques and platforms such as college fairs, campus visits, social media, and email campaigns to reach and connect with potential students.
  • Communicate effectively and persuasively with prospective students and their families to showcase the benefits and opportunities of attending The Ohio State University.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and changes in the higher education landscape to effectively promote the university and its offerings.
  • Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders within the university to ensure a seamless and positive experience for prospective students.
  • Serve as a point of contact for prospective students, providing information, answering questions, and guiding them through the admissions process.
  • Maintain accurate records and data related to recruitment activities and prospective students.
  • Attend and assist with university events and programs related to student recruitment.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment strategies and techniques to meet goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion and dedication to student success and the mission of The Ohio State University.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Education, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Student Recruitment Or Admissions At A Higher Education Institution.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Engage With Prospective Students And Their Families.

  • Demonstrated Knowledge Of Recruitment Strategies And Best Practices, Including Experience With Data Analysis And Crm Systems.

  • Passion For Promoting And Representing The Ohio State University And Its Academic Programs To A Diverse Student Population.
