  11. Participate in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new nursing staff.
  12. Handle any patient or staff concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in nursing practices, and implement changes as needed.
  14. Maintain accurate and thorough records and reports related to nursing operations.
  15. Represent The Ohio State University and the nursing department at meetings, conferences, and other events as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.

  • Current And Active Rn License In The State Of Ohio.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Experience As A Registered Nurse.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing A Team Of Healthcare Professionals.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Healthcare Policies, Procedures, And Regulations, Specifically In An Academic Medical Center Setting.
