  1. Process laboratory specimens accurately and efficiently for diagnostic testing.
  2. Ensure that all specimens are handled and labeled correctly according to established protocols.
  3. Follow proper procedures for receiving, sorting, and storing specimens to maintain their integrity.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper disposal of biohazardous materials.
  5. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  6. Use computer systems to enter and retrieve patient information and test results.
  7. Communicate with healthcare providers and laboratory staff to resolve any discrepancies or issues with specimens.

Job Qualifications
  • Associate's Or Bachelor's Degree In Medical Laboratory Science Or A Related Field.

  • Certification As A Medical Laboratory Technician (Mlt) By A Recognized Accrediting Agency.

  • Knowledge Of Laboratory Equipment And Procedures, Including Specimen Processing, Testing, And Result Reporting.

  • Proficiency In Computer Skills And Experience With Laboratory Information Systems.

  • Strong Attention To Detail, Organizational Skills, And Ability To Work Efficiently In A Fast-Paced Environment.
