  1. Develop and implement outreach strategies to promote higher education and engage with diverse communities.
  2. Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and presentations to increase awareness and understanding of higher education resources and opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with university departments, community organizations, and schools to build partnerships and facilitate outreach efforts.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to identify target communities and develop customized outreach plans.
  5. Create engaging and informative materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content, to support outreach efforts.
  6. Serve as a representative of the university at community events and meetings, promoting the university's mission and values.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including students, parents, educators, and community leaders.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Stay current on trends and developments in higher education and outreach to inform strategies and initiatives.
  10. Collaborate with other members of the university's outreach team to coordinate efforts and maximize impact.
  11. Communicate regularly with team members and leadership to provide updates and seek guidance.
  12. Adhere to all university policies and procedures, including those related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  13. Represent the university in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
  14. Maintain accurate records and reports of outreach activities and outcomes.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance outreach efforts and engagement with diverse communities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Education, Communications, Public Relations, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Community Outreach Or Engagement, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.

  • Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Best Practices In Outreach And Engagement Strategies, Particularly In Working With Underrepresented Communities.

  • Experience In Event Planning And Project Management, With The Ability To Organize And Execute Successful Outreach Initiatives.
