Valid Rvt License: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid Registered Veterinary Technician License In The State Of Ohio.
Experience In Companion Animal Care: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Veterinary Hospital Or Clinic With A Focus On Companion Animal Care.
Strong Communication Skills: The Candidate Must Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, To Effectively Communicate With Pet Owners, Colleagues, And Other Staff Members.
Knowledge Of Companion Animal Diseases And Treatments: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Common Companion Animal Diseases, Treatments, And Preventative Care Measures.
Ability To Work In A Team Environment: The Candidate Must Be Able To Work Collaboratively With Other Veterinary Technicians, Veterinarians, And Support Staff To Provide The Best Care Possible For Companion Animals.
