  1. Develop and deliver engaging and interactive lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on activities to students in the healthcare field.
  2. Design and implement lesson plans and curriculum that align with the program's goals and objectives.
  3. Provide mentorship and guidance to students, helping them develop critical thinking skills and professional competencies.
  4. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and promotes academic success.
  5. Stay up-to-date with current trends and developments in the healthcare industry and incorporate this knowledge into teaching materials and methods.
  6. Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure consistency and alignment of course content and objectives.
  7. Participate in program development and evaluation to continuously improve the quality of education and training provided to students.
  8. Serve as a resource for students, providing academic and career advising as needed.
  9. Evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback to help them improve and meet learning outcomes.
  10. Maintain professional relationships with colleagues, students, and other stakeholders in the healthcare community.
  11. Adhere to university policies and procedures and uphold academic standards and integrity.
  12. Attend departmental meetings, workshops, and conferences to enhance professional development and contribute to the overall success of the program.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of A Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Nursing, Medicine, Or Healthcare Education.

  • Active Licensure As A Registered Nurse Or Healthcare Provider In The State Of Ohio.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Related Field, Preferably In A Teaching Or Preceptorship Role.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Teach And Mentor Students.

  • Demonstrated Knowledge And Understanding Of Current Healthcare Practices And Industry Standards.
