Graduation From An Accredited Nursing Program: The Candidate Must Have A Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Degree From An Accredited Institution.
Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Ohio: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid And Current Rn License In The State Of Ohio.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting: The Candidate Must Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Nurse In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Head/Neck Clinic.
Certification In Head/Neck Nursing: The Candidate Should Hold A Certification In Head/Neck Nursing, Such As The Certified Head And Neck Nurse (Chn) Certification.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, As They Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Nurses And Providing Care To Patients With Complex Head And Neck Conditions.
