- Manage and maintain all aspects of the department's daily operations.

- Monitor and track expenses, budgets, and financial reports for the department.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and appointments for the department.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Act as a liaison between the department and other university departments.
- Maintain and update department records, databases, and systems.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making and planning.
- Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures.
- Provide support and guidance to team members on operational processes and procedures.
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for increasing efficiency and productivity.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to strategic planning and goal-setting.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business operations.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Operations Coordination, Or A Similar Role.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Various Departments And Stakeholders.
