  1. Provide high-quality mental health services to patients from diverse backgrounds.
  2. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
  3. Conduct thorough assessments to determine the best course of treatment for each individual.
  4. Utilize evidence-based interventions and techniques to address mental health concerns.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress notes.
  6. Monitor and track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  7. Educate patients and their families on mental health topics and promote wellness strategies.
  8. Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient care and collaborate on treatment approaches.
  9. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of patient care.
  10. Stay informed on current research and developments in the field of behavioral health.
  11. Support the overall mission and goals of The Ohio State University and its healthcare services.
  12. Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and respect towards all patients.
  13. Act as an advocate for patients and their mental health needs.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Behavioral Health Or A Related Field From An Accredited Institution.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Direct Patient Care In A Behavioral Health Setting.

  • Licensure As A Mental Health Counselor, Social Worker, Or Psychologist In The State Of Ohio.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Therapeutic Techniques And Treatments For Various Mental Health Disorders.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Culturally Competent Care To Diverse Populations.
