- Provide high-quality mental health services to patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine the best course of treatment for each individual.
- Utilize evidence-based interventions and techniques to address mental health concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress notes.
- Monitor and track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on mental health topics and promote wellness strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient care and collaborate on treatment approaches.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of patient care.
- Stay informed on current research and developments in the field of behavioral health.

Master's Degree In Behavioral Health Or A Related Field From An Accredited Institution.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Direct Patient Care In A Behavioral Health Setting.
Licensure As A Mental Health Counselor, Social Worker, Or Psychologist In The State Of Ohio.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Therapeutic Techniques And Treatments For Various Mental Health Disorders.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Culturally Competent Care To Diverse Populations.
