- Analyze audience data: Utilize various data sources and tools to collect, organize, and analyze audience data, including demographics, interests, behaviors, and preferences.
- Develop audience insights: Use data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights about our audience, and use this information to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, communications, and enrollment teams to understand their audience needs and develop data-driven solutions to drive engagement and conversion rates.
- Create audience segmentation: Develop and maintain audience segmentation strategies, including creating and managing audience lists, to target specific groups for marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on audience metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators related to audience engagement and conversion rates, and provide recommendations for improvement based on data insights.
- Conduct market research: Conduct market research to gain a deeper understanding of our audience and their needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Monitor industry trends and best practices in audience data analysis and apply them to our strategies and tactics.
- Maintain data integrity: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of audience data by regularly auditing and cleaning databases.
- Utilize data visualization techniques: Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand reports and dashboards to present data insights to stakeholders.
- Support overall marketing efforts: Collaborate with the marketing team to support overall marketing efforts, including providing data-driven recommendations for messaging, targeting, and campaign optimization.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Or A Related Field.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Manipulation, Including Experience With Sql And/Or Python.
Familiarity With Audience Segmentation And Targeting Strategies.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Data In A Clear And Concise Manner.
Prior Experience In Higher Education Or A Similar Industry, With Knowledge Of Audience Data And Trends In The Higher Education Landscape.
