  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for quality program coordination that align with the goals and mission of The Ohio State University.
  2. Lead and supervise a team of quality program coordinators, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the success of the team and the programs.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving and enhancing quality programs.
  4. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of quality programs to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and organizations to stay updated on industry best practices and standards.
  6. Oversee the development and maintenance of program documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, and work to continuously improve processes and procedures to meet and exceed these standards.
  8. Create and implement training programs for staff and faculty involved in quality programs to ensure a consistent understanding and implementation of quality standards.
  9. Lead and facilitate quality improvement initiatives, using data and metrics to drive decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Serve as a resource for staff, faculty, and students regarding quality program guidelines, procedures, and best practices.
  11. Monitor and manage program budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  12. Regularly report on the progress and success of quality programs to relevant stakeholders and make recommendations for future improvements.
  13. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in quality assurance and apply this knowledge to enhance and innovate quality programs at the university.
  14. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
