We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Facilities & EHS to join our team. As the Vice President, you will play a critical role in overseeing the planning, development, and management of our facilities and ensuring the highest standards of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) are met. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader who is passionate about driving operational excellence and creating a safe and sustainable environment for our residents, employees, and guests.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to ensure the efficient and effective management of our facilities and the highest standards of EHS are met.
  2. Oversee the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of all company facilities, including residential, commercial, and recreational spaces.
  3. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal EHS regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and contractors to ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of facility projects.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of facilities and EHS professionals, providing guidance and support to drive operational excellence and a strong safety culture.
  6. Conduct regular assessments and audits of company facilities to identify potential safety hazards and environmental risks, and develop and implement corrective action plans.
  7. Manage departmental budgets and resources to achieve financial goals and objectives.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, including human resources, legal, and risk management, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive EHS policies and procedures are in place.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in EHS regulations, and make recommendations for improvements to company policies and procedures.
  10. Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with regulatory agencies and other key stakeholders.
  11. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the facilities and EHS department, encouraging new ideas and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability.
  12. Communicate regularly with senior management and other key stakeholders to provide updates on facilities and EHS performance and address any concerns or issues.
  13. Develop and maintain emergency preparedness plans for all company facilities, ensuring the safety and well-being of all occupants in the event of an emergency.
  14. Promote and maintain a positive and professional image of the company by consistently demonstrating our values and commitment to excellence.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Facilities Management, Environmental Health And Safety, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management And Environmental Health And Safety, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Building Systems, Maintenance, And Safety Regulations.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Projects And Budgets.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Executives.
