
Vice President, Facilities & EHS

As the Vice President, you will play a critical role in overseeing the planning, development, and management of our facilities and ensuring the highest standards of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) are met. - Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to ensure the efficient and effective management of our facilities and the highest standards of EHS are met.
- Oversee the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of all company facilities, including residential, commercial, and recreational spaces.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal EHS regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and contractors to ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of facility projects.
- Lead and mentor a team of facilities and EHS professionals, providing guidance and support to drive operational excellence and a strong safety culture.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits of company facilities to identify potential safety hazards and environmental risks, and develop and implement corrective action plans.
- Manage departmental budgets and resources to achieve financial goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments, including human resources, legal, and risk management, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive EHS policies and procedures are in place.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in EHS regulations, and make recommendations for improvements to company policies and procedures.
- Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with regulatory agencies and other key stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the facilities and EHS department, encouraging new ideas and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability.
- Communicate regularly with senior management and other key stakeholders to provide updates on facilities and EHS performance and address any concerns or issues.
- Develop and maintain emergency preparedness plans for all company facilities, ensuring the safety and well-being of all occupants in the event of an emergency.
- Promote and maintain a positive and professional image of the company by consistently demonstrating our values and commitment to excellence.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Facilities Management, Environmental Health And Safety, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management And Environmental Health And Safety, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.
Strong Understanding Of Building Systems, Maintenance, And Safety Regulations.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Projects And Budgets.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Executives.
