  1. Oversee and coordinate multiple projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
  2. Work closely with project managers and team members to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  3. Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or delays, taking proactive measures to address them.
  4. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors, to ensure clear understanding of project goals and objectives.
  5. Coordinate meetings and facilitate project discussions to keep all team members informed and on track.
  6. Track project expenses and budgets, and report any discrepancies or concerns to project managers.
  7. Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and progress reports.
  8. Conduct quality control checks to ensure projects meet company standards and client expectations.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of project management processes and procedures.
  10. Mentor and guide junior project coordinators to ensure consistency and high-quality work across all projects.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute to the company's growth and success.
  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Project Coordination Experience In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proficient In Project Management Software Such As Microsoft Project, Asana, Or Trello.
