
Sr. Customer Service Representative
The Senior Customer Service Representative (CSR) will support Resident Services as a subject matter expert in all three of its primary functions, including Customer Care, Maintenance Service Requests, and Renewals. The Senior CSR will lead by example and assist the department leads and management in the overall supervisory aspects of Resident Services including quality assurance and training. In Addition, the Senior CSR is expected to continue to handle the normal day to day responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative.
High school diploma from an accredited institution.
