- Develop and maintain effective treasury policies and procedures that align with the company's financial goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the company's cash flow, liquidity, and financial risks to provide recommendations for improvement and mitigation.
- Oversee and manage the company's banking relationships and financial transactions, including investments, loans, and credit facilities.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and forecasts for senior management and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement strategies for optimizing cash flow and reducing financial risks.
- Conduct regular reviews of treasury processes and systems to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's treasury operations.
- Manage and mentor junior treasury analysts, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Support the company's capital raising initiatives, including debt and equity financing, and participate in due diligence processes.
- Act as a liaison with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial service providers to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
- Proactively identify potential cash management issues and provide recommendations for solutions.
- Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments as directed by senior management.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Treasury Or Finance, Preferably In A Real Estate Or Property Management Company.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Cash Management, Financial Risk Management, And Investment Strategies.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience In Financial Modeling And Forecasting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Financial Information To Senior Management.
