Job Description

The Irvine Company is looking for a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Manager, Organizational Development & Training to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an innovative and strategic leader with extensive experience in organizational development, training, and program management. They must have a passion for facilitating organizational change and an unwavering commitment to the success of our team.As Senior Manager, Organizational Development & Training, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of a variety of organizational training initiatives. You will collaborate with our senior leadership team to ensure that our programs meet the needs of our organization, our employees, and our customers.
