  1. Develop and implement comprehensive environmental health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Oversee the company's compliance with all local, state, and federal environmental health and safety laws and regulations.
  3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and stay updated on any changes or updates to laws and regulations.
  5. Train and educate employees and tenants on environmental health and safety protocols and procedures.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate environmental health and safety practices into all aspects of the business.
  7. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential hazards.
  8. Monitor and analyze data related to environmental health and safety, and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Manage a team of environmental health and safety professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
  10. Develop and manage the budget for environmental health and safety programs and initiatives.
  11. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices related to environmental health and safety, and make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Act as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders, such as government agencies, community organizations, and industry associations.
  13. Lead emergency response efforts and develop contingency plans to ensure the safety of employees, tenants, and the community.
  14. Continuously assess and improve the company's environmental sustainability efforts.
  15. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on environmental health and safety performance and address any concerns or issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Occupational Health And Safety, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role In Environmental Health And Safety.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Environmental Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Experience Developing And Implementing Safety Programs, Policies, And Procedures.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Lead And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
