Senior Financial Analyst - Retail

- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts for the retail division, utilizing data analysis and market trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for retail properties, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to drive financial performance.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis on retail properties, including budgeting, variance analysis, and profitability assessment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including leasing, marketing, and operations, to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to inform financial decisions and identify potential opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management, providing clear and concise insights and recommendations.
- Partner with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for retail properties.
- Lead special projects and initiatives related to financial analysis and strategy, working independently and as part of a team.
- Mentor and train junior financial analysts, providing guidance and support to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial processes and increase efficiency.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis, Preferably In The Retail Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Principles And Retail Operations.
Experience With Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Modeling.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Provide Strategic Recommendations Based On Financial Data.
