- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision making for the company's diverse portfolio of properties.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide insights to senior leadership on key performance metrics, trends, and potential risks.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations to senior management to support strategic planning and decision making.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and economic conditions to identify potential opportunities and risks for the company.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial plans, incorporating input from various stakeholders.
- Proactively identify areas for cost savings and revenue growth, and make recommendations to optimize financial performance.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and participate in special projects as assigned by senior management.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices in financial analysis and real estate to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts on the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Modeling And Forecasting Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information To Senior Management.
Advanced Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Financial Analysis Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle.
