The Irvine Company is looking for a Retail Agent to join its team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail, customer service, and is a team player. The ideal candidate will be an organized and creative problem-solver who is eager to take on the challenges of this role.The Retail Agent will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of retail stores, providing exceptional customer service, and managing store staff. The Retail Agent must be able to work independently, handle multiple tasks at once, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The successful candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be a diplomatic negotiator.We are looking for a Retail Agent who has a minimum of two years of retail experience, either in a management or assistant management role. The Retail Agent should have strong computer skills, be able to analyze and interpret data, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
