We are currently seeking a friendly and dedicated individual to join our team as a Resort Front Desk at our luxurious resort. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring their stay is unforgettable.   1. Greet and welcome guests to the resort with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and fulfilling guest needs.
  3. Check guests in and out of the resort in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times.
  6. Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  7. Verify and process payments from guests.
  8. Familiarize guests with the resort's amenities, services, and policies.
  9. Ensure guest satisfaction by following up on any concerns or issues.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  11. Keep updated records of room availability and guest accounts.
  12. Assist with reservations and room assignments.
  13. Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and restaurants to make recommendations to guests.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  15. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the guest experience.
  16. Maintain confidentiality of guest information.
  17. Attend trainings and meetings to stay updated on resort policies, procedures, and services.
  18. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  19. Follow proper procedures for lost and found items.
  20. Be a positive representation of the resort and the company to guests and coworkers.
