
Purchasing Clerk
The Purchasing Clerk will assist the receiver in completing receiving documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Assist with follow-up on delivery shortages, overages, and process proper documents. Be responsible for Food & Beverages, in maintaining food quality per written specs and quantities per order guides and purchase orders. Be responsible for rotation, dating, and accurate inventories of stock items.
1 year of purchasing experience in the luxury hospitality industry is required
Strong comprehension of Food & Beverage products
