- Develop and implement a comprehensive cloud security architecture that aligns with the company's overall security strategy and objectives.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate security measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security is integrated into all aspects of cloud architecture and design.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cloud security and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Design and implement security controls and procedures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure that all cloud-based systems and applications are configured and maintained according to security standards.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for cloud-based systems.

- Investigate and respond to security incidents, including conducting forensic analysis and implementing remedial actions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other team members on cloud security-related issues.
Extensive Experience In Cloud Security Architecture: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Cloud Security Solutions For Large Organizations.
Strong Knowledge Of Cloud Platforms And Technologies: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Major Cloud Platforms Such As Aws, Azure, And Google Cloud, As Well As Knowledge Of Emerging Cloud Technologies.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Cloud Security Implementations: The Candidate Should Be Able To Demonstrate Previous Successful Cloud Security Projects And Have A Strong Understanding Of Best Practices And Industry Standards.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: The Principal Cloud Security Architect Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Security Professionals And Working Closely With Other Departments, So Strong Communication And Leadership Skills Are Essential.
Relevant Certifications: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Relevant Certifications In Cloud Security Such As Certified Cloud Security Professional (Ccsp), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp), Or Certified Information Security Manager (Cism). Additional Certifications In Specific Cloud Platforms Or Technologies Would Be A Plus.
