- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our retail properties.
- Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to improve the overall operation of our retail properties.
- Maintain strong communication and relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operation of the retail properties.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess the physical condition of the retail properties and address any maintenance or repair needs.
- Proactively identify and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with the leasing team to onboard new tenants and ensure a seamless transition into the retail properties.
- Create and maintain accurate records and reports related to the operation of the retail properties.
- Train and supervise support staff to ensure they are equipped to carry out their roles effectively.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually improve the operation of our retail properties.
- Uphold and promote the company's commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives related to the development and growth of our retail properties.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Retail Operations Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Scheduling, And Customer Service.
Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Multi-Task And Prioritize In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Team Members And Communicate With Customers.
