
Operations Analyst
Management of 11M total square feet including a 3M square foot asset. Provide recurring reports and financial performance dashboards. Business planning, forecasting, and tracking of revenue, expense, and capital. Ad-hoc analytical projects. Assess tenant credit risk and recommend appropriate lease securitization. Support leasing department with financial analysis, reporting, and lease-level calculations. Engage with tenants requesting lease workouts and determine appropriate action. Oversee analysis and growth of ICOP miscellaneous revenue. Provide financial and operational support to self-storage portfolio. Support ICOP senior management with various “deep dive” ad-hoc analytics and special projects. Identify opportunities to improve processes and develop analytics that add-value to the company.
Three to five years financial analysis experience within commercial real estate
