  1. Greet and welcome clients, residents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate department or individual.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized office space, including conference rooms and common areas.
  4. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  5. Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings.
  6. Maintain office supplies and inventory levels, and place orders as needed.
  7. Process and file paperwork, including leases, contracts, and other important documents.
  8. Compile and maintain accurate records and databases.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and residents, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Assist with resolving any administrative issues that may arise.
  11. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective office operations.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures for increased productivity.
  13. Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  15. Foster a positive and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors.
  16. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  17. Other duties as assigned by management.
