Manager, Property Management-Retail

Performs regular physical inspections of properties and addresses all maintenance and operational issues to maintain Irvine Company standards. Ensures a safe and pleasant shopping environment and preservation of the center’s physical assets, including compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, property and life safety requirements. In coordination with the Operations Manager and Landscape Manager, assists with the management of third party vendors to ensure compliance with contract agreements and property standards. Review of monthly financial and sales reports. Support of leasing and other revenue generating activities. Control of expenses. Assists in ensuring that retailers are in compliance with lease requirements. Monitors merchant and property performance through frequent communication with retailers, including in-person meetings.
