Management and tracking of 10 year capital plan, balancing standard replacement schedules and needs of the properties. Evaluates the capital budgets actively to ensure alignment with the goals of the property. Ownership of the capital approval process and ensuring that all standard operating procedures are being followed. Full ownership of execution of key corporate driven capital projects. Particularly, projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders with implications for environmental, risk management, security, safety, and design standards. Act as liaison between our division and key environmental, risk management, security, safety, and design corporate partners. Lead the division’s Business Continuity efforts. Updating the BC plan as appropriate and actively informing the BC Committee of new developments.
