1. Oversee all aspects of banquet operations including event planning, set-up, execution, and breakdown.

3. Lead and manage a team of banquet staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure successful events and repeat business.
5. Create and manage banquet budgets, forecasting and analyzing financial data to make strategic decisions.

8. Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for banquet staff to maintain a high level of service and professionalism.
9. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of banquet supplies and equipment, ensuring that all items are well-maintained and in good working condition.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and enhance banquet operations.
11. Participate in event planning and execution, providing creative ideas and solutions to create memorable and unique events.
12. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
