
Manager, Banquets

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Banquets to join our team and oversee all aspects of our banquet operations. As the Manager, Banquets, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring the success of our events. We are looking for a driven and passionate individual with strong leadership skills and a keen attention to detail. - Oversee all aspects of banquet operations including event planning, set-up, execution, and breakdown.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional service to guests by maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Lead and manage a team of banquet staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure successful events and repeat business.
- Create and manage banquet budgets, forecasting and analyzing financial data to make strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and catering, to ensure a seamless and cohesive event experience for guests.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in banquet operations.
- Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for banquet staff to maintain a high level of service and professionalism.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of banquet supplies and equipment, ensuring that all items are well-maintained and in good working condition.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and enhance banquet operations.
- Participate in event planning and execution, providing creative ideas and solutions to create memorable and unique events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Banquets Or Event Management
Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team
Strong Organizational And Time Management Abilities With The Ability To Handle Multiple Events Simultaneously
