2. Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and residents.
3. Act as the first point of contact for all leasing inquiries and assist with any questions or concerns.
4. Showcase properties to prospective residents, highlighting amenities and features.
5. Utilize strong communication and sales skills to effectively promote and lease available units.
6. Build and maintain relationships with current and potential residents to ensure satisfaction and retention.

10. Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve leasing and customer service skills.
11. Stay knowledgeable about local market trends and competition to better position the property.
12. Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times.
13. Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing lease agreements and processing rental applications.
14. Provide support during resident events and activities.
15. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
