Lead definition of to-be state including creation and maintenance of PDD and SDD throughout the project lifecycle. Understand business and technical requirements to effectively coordinate process definition, detailed documentation, solution design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities. Support UAT and deployments to production and between environments. Apprises management of control weaknesses, fraud instances, operational weaknesses, and identifies opportunities for improvement. Completes audit fieldwork, creates and maintains accurate fieldwork documentation, responses and reports. Communicates or assists in communicating the results of audit and special projects effectively via written reports and oral presentations to management. Completes scheduled audits and projects in a timely manner. Provide subject matter expertise where needed.
