- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring all activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Act as a liaison between property management, maintenance, and leasing teams to ensure efficient communication and coordination
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident and guest inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Conduct regular property walks to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues, and coordinate with appropriate teams for resolution
- Create and maintain organized and accurate property records, including lease agreements, resident information, and maintenance logs
- Assist with move-in and move-out processes, including conducting unit inspections and coordinating necessary repairs and replacements
- Coordinate and schedule property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and satisfactory completion
- Assist with resident events and activities, fostering a sense of community and promoting resident satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for improving resident retention and overall resident experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Property Management Or Real Estate Operations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Team Members And Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Property Management Software And Systems, Such As Yardi Or Mri.
Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Projects Simultaneously, While Maintaining Attention To Detail And Meeting Deadlines.
