Engineer - Resorts

Maintain and re-lamp all lamps in the resort, including socket repair and placement. Perform repairs as requested, including changing light bulbs, plumbing stoppages, television adjustments and minor electrical repairs. Main a clean, neat, organized and safe work area. Project an image of friendliness, professionalism and willingness to provide personalized services to guests. Respond to guest concerns regarding the maintenance of their room or public area in a timely manner. Understand and follow all safety rules and precautions when using tools, chemicals, ladders, or other potentially dangerous equipment or supplies. Provide assistance for all plumbing stoppages in the resort. Provide assistance with installation of electrical wiring for renovations, electrical outlet additions, motors and related equipment. Perform cleaning and maintenance on any and all equipment as needed and/or requested.
